We inform our clients of every decision made by the courts during their case. This is done during the following day (latest) of receiving notice of such decision. We provide copies or pictures (in Spanish) of such decisions, if prefered. We also provide quarterly reports for international auditors when requested (depending on the audit, it may be considered or have an additional cost).
In general we ensure to have a chat with our clients every semester to discuss their cases. Most importantly, we respond to questions over email, chat, WhatsApp or phone during the 24 hrs following your communication. Sometimes few emails go to Spam folders or never reach the receipient. If you have not received a respond from us in two days, please call us, in that case we might have inadvertedly missed your email.
